We received excellent services from the staff and particularly from Mr. Kenan during our stay. When we requested for an additional bed in the room due to a late change to our group, the staff readily accommodated our request. The hotel location is one of the best in the valley and the facilities are luxurious. Strongly recommended.

Incredible place. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. They even had fresh honeycomb to cut into and out on your plate. The front desk staff were also very helpful with setting up activities and coordinating transportation.

Divan was just WOW. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all treated my daughter like a princess, greeting her at all times and playing with her. Kids are very welcome in this place and in Turkey in general. I highly recommend the hotel. It is well decorated, with different and cosy nice areas. The view from the rooftop and the bar is just amazing.

This place had a great customer service. We liked the staff. They were all helpful and welcoming. They speak English as well. As soon as we arrived, in the reception they gave us a map of the city and explained to us how to go to places and the main places to visit. They also had great recommendations for restaurants and they made reservations on our behalf. The breakfast is so good. Everything was fresh and delicious. We stayed in room 347. It had a big nice Jacuzzi. We would definitely go back to this hotel. The service is the best. The rooftop was perfect to enjoy the magical balloons view. Thank you Divan cave hotel.

Feel mixed on Divan. It’s certainly a unique place to stay but just maybe not unique for Goreme. We mainly booked it for the roof terrace which sadly was only open one day of three days for us (this was October). Our room featured some interesting elements but just didn’t “wow” us as much as we’d hoped on our honeymoon. Breakfast was a quite big range of items but overall quite dry and we had breakfast away a few times. Note, the hotel is at the top of a steep hill, totally fine for us but could prove an issue for some.

We would like to say thank you for a fantastic stay at Divan Cave Hotel! The hotel itself has a fantastic location with a panoramic view over the whole of Göreme, perfect for watching hot air balloons from the rooftop. The room was clean and nice with all facilities. The breakfast buffet was delicious, fresh and varied from day to day. The greatest pleasure of our stay was the exceptional service we were greeted with every day by the entire staff. Special thanks to Kenan, who was helpful with everything from booking various tours, restaurants and transport to and from the hotel. All our questions and inquiries were answered, big and small, which contributed to a fantastic stay in Cappadocia. The warmest recommendation from a well-traveled couple who have visited many countries and hotels around the world. This hotel stands out as one of the best hotels we have visited. We recommend everyone to book their stay at Divan Cave Hotel and we look forward to revisiting the hotel in the future!

Tasty breakfasts. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable and spacious. There is a comfortable rooftop area with spectacular views (especially early in the morning when the hot-air balloons go up). Location is great, it's like a 5-10 minute walk into the centre of Goreme. Other attractions like the Open Air Museum are within walking distance. If we visit Goreme again we would probably stay here again.

Honestly this property was just the best. Someone shared it on TikTok because of the view from the top roof terrace. It was spectacular. The most amazing view for my sunrise. We got the base room, and this was so big. It was spacious and the features were wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was a huge spread and the staff were excellent and so welcoming. Hopefully we will be back!
